At Girlvise, we prioritize your satisfaction with every purchase. Our Returns & Exchanges policy is designed to ensure a smooth and transparent process for our valued customers.

Returns Information

We want you to love your Girlvise purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied:

Please note the following:

  • The return period is within 30 days after receipt of the goods.
  • Returned items must have all original tags attached and be in sellable condition. We cannot accept returns for worn, washed, altered, or damaged items.
  • Items marked FINAL SALE at the time of purchase are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Returns and exchanges for Girlvise items purchased from other retailers or websites are also not accepted.
  • Please allow 30 business days for returns to be processed, resulting in a full refund of the purchase price and taxes, minus exchanges and original shipping charges.
  • Girlvise is not responsible for items lost or damaged by the carrier during transit.
  • Items purchased at 50% to 70% off are final sale, with no exchanges or returns permitted.

If you choose to use your own shipping label outside our automated portal:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we are not responsible for items lost or damaged by the carrier during shipping.
  • Standard processing time cannot be guaranteed.

Returns Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at [email protected] for returns.
  2. Enter your order number (excluding the “#” before the number) and your corresponding shipping address zip code.
  3. If you don’t have your order number, click “Start with an email address” to receive an email with a link to start your return.
  4. Select the item/s you want to return, choose a reason from the checklist, and click continue.
  5. Select ‘Return’ and proceed.
  6. Confirm your shipping address and select “Complete.”
  7. A prepaid shipping label will be generated and sent via email for you to print.

Note: Use only our prepaid shipping label for tracking and faster processing in our warehouse.

To initiate an exchange:

  1. If you need to exchange the product, please contact [email protected].
  2. Enter your order number (excluding the “#” before the number) and your corresponding shipping address zip code.
  3. If you don’t have your order number, click “Start with an email address” to receive an email with a link to start your return.
  4. Select the item/s you want to return or exchange, choose a reason from the checklist.

Please note: If your item is FINAL SALE or the order is outside the 30-day return window, you will not be able to process a return.

  1. Select ‘Exchange’ or ‘Shop for something new.’
  2. Choose the item you would like and confirm your selection.
  3. Verify all information and select “Complete.”
  4. A prepaid shipping label will be generated and sent via email for you to print.
